BYLAWS

SOCIETY FOR THE STUDY OF WOMEN PHILOSOPHERS, INC.

Adopted 30 March 2013



ARTICLE I

OFFICE AND REGISTERED AGENT



1.01          Principal Office.

The principal office of the Society for the Study of Women Philosophers, Inc., shall be in the State of Ohio.

1.02          Registered Office and Agent.

Subject to subsequent amendment of these Bylaws, the Corporation shall have and continuously maintain a registered office and a registered agent in the State of Ohio, as required by the State of Ohio Non-Profit Corporation Act. The registered agent shall be an individual resident of the State.
